i remember seeing a video (i forget the guys name) but it was about you needing to get fingerprinted in dallas i think just for a license renewal. So this guy goes in with 7 forms of ID including passport but denied to give his thumbprint, so they arrested him for *public disruption* when from the video he didn't curse, scream or cause a panic but the police gladly cursed and yelled trying to force him to give his thumbprint. 7 forms of ID and they couldn't renew his license ridiculous.
