Your national ID card is called Social Security Card and i am sure you might even have a driver license (though thats not mandatory) but to do anything even get a job you need social security number so um i guess thats null and void for you
Also about you won't be implanted, you sure won't but your kids when they are first born and you won't even know it, and all they might tell you is "just a routine vaccine for *insert disease name here* " and you'll just be like "oh ok carry on" . You wouldn't question it. Or for kids to get into public school they need immunization shots and happen chance one of those shots are the RFID tag but you'll never know since again run by government they will just say its immunization for some disease and your kids needs it or he doesn't get into school so...........
Not to rain on your parade just an FYI on what you might not of thought of.
