I can't believe this, as if finding a job, especially starting out in a new field isn't hard enough.
By the way, reading the article I didn't find anything in it that had to do with tracking "diversity". It just looks like another way for the government to flex their muscles and interfere with the "evil" corporations. (Who supply jobs by the way.)
