Microsoft site they just direct you to VUE or Prometric. Any reseller like getcertifiedforless is simply getting side deals for large bulk purchases. All COmpTIA did was do aware with their advertised bulk price list. They still have a member/non-member price and I am sure side deals can be worked if the vouchers are in bulk.
